Itinerary

1. 1
   Day 1

   Thessaloniki – Malta

   We meet at Thessaloniki “Makedonia” Airport and depart for Malta at 13:35, arriving at 14:20. We immediately begin our first encounter with the island, heading to Valletta, Malta’s fortified capital, where we stroll through the historic centre among limestone buildings, colourful wooden balconies and streets descending towards the sea. We then continue to St. Julian’s, the modern and cosmopolitan side of Malta, before transferring to our hotel for check-in and overnight.

   Day 2

   Malta – Dublin

   Early departure from the hotel and transfer to Malta International Airport for our 08:45 flight to Dublin, arriving at 11:40. Our first introduction to the Irish capital takes us along the River Liffey to O’Connell Street and the historic General Post Office, before crossing the distinctive Ha’penny Bridge and continuing to Temple Bar, with its cobbled lanes, colourful façades and traditional Irish music. Transfer to the hotel and free time for an independent stroll through the city. Overnight in Dublin.

   Day 3

   Dublin

   After breakfast, we begin a comprehensive exploration of Dublin, discovering a city where literature, political history and everyday life meet. We visit historic Trinity College and explore the elegant Georgian quarter with its graceful squares and colourful doors. We continue to Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral and St Patrick’s Cathedral, before visiting Grafton Street and leafy St Stephen’s Green. The afternoon is free, while the evening offers the opportunity to experience Dublin’s traditional pubs and live Irish music. Overnight in Dublin.

   Day 4

   Dublin – Jameson – Guinness

   Today is dedicated to two legendary names closely associated with Dublin. We begin in historic Smithfield at Jameson Distillery Bow St., discovering the history, production process and distinctive character of Irish whiskey. We then continue to The Liberties and the iconic Guinness Storehouse at St James’s Gate, where we explore the story of Ireland’s most famous stout and enjoy panoramic views over Dublin. The remainder of the afternoon and evening is free, with the option to continue the night in a traditional pub with live Irish music. Overnight in Dublin.

5. 5
   Day 5

   Dublin – Wicklow Mountains – Glendalough – Malta

   We leave Dublin behind and travel south into the spectacular Wicklow Mountains, following roads through green hills, valleys and lakes to Glendalough, the famous “Valley of the Two Lakes.” Here we explore one of Ireland’s most important early monastic settlements, walking among ancient stone ruins, churches and the distinctive round tower, with time to enjoy the lakes and surrounding countryside. We then travel directly to Dublin Airport for our 19:45 flight to Malta, arriving at 00:25.

6. 6
   Day 6

   Malta – Thessaloniki

   We remain at Malta Airport for our connecting morning flight and depart at 06:35 for Thessaloniki, arriving at “Makedonia” Airport at 09:15. Our journey between two worlds comes to an end, from Malta’s warm Mediterranean colours to the music and historic streets of Dublin and the tranquil mountains and lakes of Wicklow—a journey bringing together places and experiences we might never have expected to combine.
